Terms & Conditions

All products sold by Fast Track Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or clinical application. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized institutional purchaser to buy from Fast Track Labs. By ordering you represent that (a) you meet these requirements, (b) products will be used solely for lawful research purposes, and (c) you will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Orders are accepted only upon our confirmation and successful payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or pricing errors.
• Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.

Orders placed before our 2:00 PM CST cutoff ship the same day, Monday through Saturday (no Sunday dispatch), from our U.S. facility, subject to verification and stock. Free expedited shipping applies to all orders; typical transit is 2–3 business days, with the service level shown at checkout. Title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; every order additionally includes free Shipment Protection as described in Section 5.

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are generally final. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery to support@fasttracklabs.co with photos and batch information. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipment Protection: every order includes free shipment protection. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date if it never arrives) and we will replace the shipment or, at our discretion, issue store credit or a refund.

Promotional codes, including any 20% first-order discount, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, apply to eligible items only, and may be modified or ended at any time. Free promotional items (such as bacteriostatic water) are included as described in the applicable offer, have no cash value, are limited to available stock, and may be substituted or discontinued at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use, administer, or provide our products to humans or animals.
• Resell, repackage, or redistribute products without our written consent.
• Use the Site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or transmit malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to Fast Track Labs and is protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO, HOWEVER, EXPRESSLY WARRANT THAT EACH PRODUCT WILL CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICATIONS STATED ON ITS BATCH-SPECIFIC CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT; YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR NON-CONFORMANCE IS REPLACEMENT, CREDIT, OR REFUND UNDER SECTION 5. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST TRACK LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fast Track Labs harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of products or the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

By subscribing you agree to receive marketing emails from us. Where you have given express written consent, we may also send SMS messages; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
