Partner questions
When do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly. Commission accrues once an order is delivered, and the balance is sent to your payout email after the month closes — as long as it's at least $25. Anything below the minimum rolls into the next month.
How is the recurring 10% tracked?
By customer email. The first order placed with your code links that customer to your partner record, and every later order from the same email earns you 10% — whether or not they use the code again.
What happens with refunds or chargebacks?
Commission is only earned on orders that are delivered and kept. Refunded or charged-back orders are deducted from your next payout; if a deduction exceeds your current balance, it carries forward.
