Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day from our Dallas, TX facility — yes, Saturdays too. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day, subject to verification and stock.
Delivery
Free expedited 2–3 business day shipping on every order, with no minimum. Tracking is emailed to you at dispatch. We ship to all 50 states.
Shipment Protection
Free on every order. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, report it within 7 days to support@fasttracklabs.co and we will replace it (see Terms, section 5).
Packaging
Discreet, unbranded exterior. Vials ship cushioned and lyophilized for stability, with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis in every box.
Returns
Because these are research materials, all sales are generally final. For damaged or incorrect shipments, send photos and your order number within 7 days to support@fasttracklabs.co.

Do you ship on weekends?
We dispatch Monday through Saturday. There is no Sunday dispatch.
What if my package never arrives?
Every order includes free shipment protection. Contact support@fasttracklabs.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the shipment.
