Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Fast Track Labs referral partner program and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. 1. Eligibility

   You must hold an active Fast Track Labs researcher account and be at least 18 years old. Partners must be able to receive payouts lawfully in their jurisdiction. We may decline or revoke any application at our discretion.

2. 2. Your referral code

   On approval we issue a unique discount code in our store, tied to your partner record. The code is personal to you, is not transferable, and may not be listed on coupon aggregator or deal sites without written permission.

3. 3. Attribution

   • An order is attributed to you when your code is applied at checkout.
   • Referral links (?ref=) store your code locally and pre-apply it where supported.
   • Only one partner code may apply per order; codes do not stack with each other.
   • Self-referrals and orders placed by you or your household do not qualify.

4. 4. Commission rates

   • 20% on a referred customer's first order.
   • 10% on every subsequent (recurring) order from that customer placed with your code.
   • Commission is calculated on the net product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and shipment protection.

5. 5. Accrual, adjustments, and payouts

   • Commission accrues only once an order is delivered and has cleared the return window.
   • Refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and orders flagged as fraudulent reduce or reverse the related commission, including against future balances.
   • Payouts are issued monthly to the payout email on your partner record, subject to a $25 minimum balance. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.

6. 6. How you may promote

   • Always disclose that you earn a commission, as required by applicable law.
   • Describe products only as materials for laboratory research use. Never make human or veterinary use, dosing, therapeutic, or medical claims of any kind.
   • Do not bid on our brand terms in paid search or impersonate Fast Track Labs.
   • Do not send unsolicited bulk email or SMS containing your code.
   • Use only our supplied product names, imagery, and specifications.

7. 7. Compliance

   All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. As a partner you agree to reflect this in every placement, caption, and description. Violations are grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

8. 8. Term and termination

   Either party may end this arrangement at any time and for any reason. On termination your code is deactivated. Commission properly accrued before termination remains payable unless the termination follows a breach of these terms.

9. 9. Changes to these terms

   We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your account email. Continued use of your code after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. 10. Governing law and venue

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the partner program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
