KLOW extends the GLOW blend by adding KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH known in the literature for anti-inflammatory activity, to a base of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. Assembling four separately characterized peptides into one research preparation reflects an interest in how anti-inflammatory signaling interacts with the remodeling and repair pathways of the underlying components.
