Melanotan I Overview

A linear synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (also known as afamelanotide or [Nle⁴, D-Phe⁷]-α-MSH). It is studied for its role in melanocortin-receptor signaling and melanogenesis pathways.

History
